On a facebook link called Free Kindle ebooks, I have noticed A LOT of free books that relate to prepping, firearms, etc.

I would like to take the liberty of posting some of the links that I find here for those not on facebook, or not "liking" this link.

Each book is limited in the amount of time that it is a free Kindle download. Usually around 24-48 hours.

Now, if you don't have a kindle, no problem, you can download a free program called "Kindle for PC" from Amazon that lets you use your PC or laptop as a kindle.

SOLAR COOKING: DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOLAR COOKERS THE PROS AND CONS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOLAR COOKERS AND WHAT WILL WORK BEST FOR YOU

I would also think that anyone finding anything along these lines could post 'em up here.

Even if they are not kindle format.

Any thing in Nook?

You might be able to convert to Nook using Calibre. It is free downloadable software that will manage and convert between the various formats. Only problem that I have had is with files that are DRM protected. I've tried some of the DRM removal software packages with mixed results.

Thanks, I wondering if you could do that.
I will have to try on my nook.

It is great for free stuff from the library, but a lot more stuff I would like o read.
