I think yellow granex is what they use for the Vidalia onions.In the next couple of days we will be planting our 1st crop of onions and potatoes.

After harvest I let cure for several days then put under the barn for a few weeks then in a climate controlled room At 60F. They last a couple months. We eat the ones we that go bad and sell the rest.Both are good onions but short shelf life for storage.
