Found an Old Footlocker I think was My Dads. Not in Perfect shape, but Still Kinda Cool. Labled U.S. and dated 1942.

That IS a cool bit of history there! I hope you hang onto it, but if you decide to sell it, I'll definitely be interested.

Does it still have the tray insert inside? I have one as well that is 1943 dated. I keep my spare milsurp stocks in the bottom and web gear and misc accessories in the tray.

Cool find. I bought one at garage sale. Filled mine up with my class "A's", an old pair of cochrans, my feild jacket and some pictures.

Nope, its kinda stinky, and all the metal edges are rustin away. It sat in a barn, full of tools and hardware for years and years.

Cool to hear about all the others!
