I just bought a Gen 2 police trade in Glock 17. Cosmetically, it's better than I expected. However, whe I took it to the range today, a significant portion of the ejected brass went right back into my face, usually into my right eye. I wear glasses so this was annoying instead of cause for an emergency room visit, but I need to fix it. Looks like the ejector is bent to the right somewhat. I figure I'll make this an excuse to learn how to take the G17 apart far enough to replace the ejector and inspect the rest of the internals. So, two questions: 1) Does anyone have Glock 17 replacement ejectors in Tulsa or do I get to mail order it? 2) Any other advice?
