I bought my high capacity Glock 33rd Magazine a couple of months ago and have kept it loaded ever since, one day as I took out my G26 to clean and lubricate it and I was waiving around my high capacity next thing you know 8 bullets fly out from the magazine, the rest of the ammunition didn't come out. Has anyone else had this issue with Glock 33rd 9mm high capacity magazine? Ever since this issue I have not loaded my 33rd magazine and just kept it off to the side.

I am wondering if the spring is getting weaker or needs to be replaced, but its an OEM Glock 33rd magazine? I haven't shot out of the high capacity magazine yet, but will find some time too.

I'm curious as to what particular ammo you loaded it with...brand, bullet weight, etc.

I was using Freedom Ammunitions 115gr hollow points, usually I keep it loaded and its been loaded for over 1 year, finally one day I was playing with it and all of sudden the ammo started pouring from the top at least 10 rounds, I unloaded all the ammo and left loaded. 2 weeks ago loaded it with Federal HSTs 124 n 147gr and rips about 150 rounds at the range and everything still works so maybe I was just breaking in the spring.

I've had that happen before with a new magazine. A few load/unload cycles and they smoothed out. Once I had a brand new Colt 380 Government magazine that wouldn't load to full capacity because it had a piece of polishing media from the manufacturing process stuck inside of it.
