Glock's website should give you a list of dealers for the Oklahoma area. I think that new dealer/range in Yukon is a blue label dealer.

I don't think so. I think if you are retired LEO or FF you can also. I want to say EMT also, but I'm not absolutely positive on that one.

If you join GSSF you will receive a certificate to buy a glock at blue label prices. You have to wait until your year is up before you get the certificate. You can join for 2 year like I did and they will send you your certificate right away and a 2nd one after your first year of membership. I just bought a g26 Gen4 from Henrys in Yukon last month using my blue label certificate I got from GSSF.
