Its days like tomorrow that make me glad I converted my offset smoker to (gasp) propane. Hank Hill would be so proud. I have 5 racks of ribs to get smoked for dinner tomorrow night. They are waiting so patiently in the fridge for tomorrow after church.

i may fire up my offset tomorrow, but the grass is awful dry around here, it will probably be a day for the electric cookshack. i have some plans in the works for a cookin' shed with a stone floor, alotta windows, tin sides, and a tin roof. i'm gonna vent the smoker out the roof, then i finally won't have to worry about cold, wind, rain, or dry grass.
