The custom II isn't all that guys - its got some fancy MiM on it, but its not like its the cat's meow or anything even by Kimber's standards.

Hmm... I know the Kimbers aren't all they're cracked up to be anymore, but I had thought that they were more like $800+ is all.

And I'm only asking because I keep tossing around the idea of selling mine.

I'm pretty sure I saw Custom IIs at Bill's in Claremore NEW marked at $699 just a few days ago.

A used custom II isn't the end all of 1911's.

I'd like Kimber a lot more if they used better parts on the more expensive models.
