Has anyone else noticed the sudden increase of gun articles in the Oklahoman recently? Last week they ran a story about the big increase in concealed carry applications this year. They were using the annual report from the OSBI as their source. Of course, they were too clueless to recognize that the OSBI does not seperate out NEW applications from RENEWAL applications in their reporting. So of course, applications numbers go up with renewals rolling into the process each year.
