Maybe its the trigger, since that's what makes the bullet go. If so that would pretty much cover everything.

A bullet button is a modified mag release that requires you to push a bullet in a tiny hole in the middle of the mag release
haha, I like that half of the guns I own are going to be prohibited. I never new a mini-14 was an AR type though haha
oh defenitely the s&w mp15-22 , threaded barrel , pistol grip, detachable high cap mags, collapsible stock or slidefire all bad very bad.

I missed that "Bullet button" the first time I read it. Must be another one of those "Parts that flip up." The 2a is in jeopardy by people that clearly do not have a fundamental understanding of what it is they are trying to ban.

The 'bullet button" is how CA owners get around the detachable mag ban. it is just a recessed button to release the mag. It just happens that a .223 bullet fits the recess.
Primer? We are screwed!
Good luck with the Striker and Street Sweeper Shotguns. IIRC they were declared Destructive Devices years ago and are NFA items.
