gunsmith???

I am looking for a gunsmith. I have an older single shot 22 bolt action (looks like a small M1) I don't know the manufacture. It belong to my dad and I would like to give it to my son. However when you operate the bolt the casing will not eject and just needs to be gone through and cleaned up. Yukon, okc are perfered. Thanks in advance.
