Better action would be to seek out and publicly shame all the cosponsors on social media. Find out what states they are from and get in contact with resistance groups in their area. Make them aware of what their Rep is doing.

Hitting up the committee chair is even more powerful since this bill is still in committee and hasn't yet been called up for consideration. The committee chair has the power to decide what legislation gets introduced for debate and vote at the committee level.

No. Conservatives aren't near as organized as the radical left is. You'll have to do research for each particular state.
