My Doc scheduled me for a heart test and when I went in for a follow-up, he was brief and didn’t fully explain the test. After I came home I looked at the report and it says I have a high incidence of a heart failure and stroke in the next few years. Further, the test says I’ve had a heart attack. (silent MI)
I can’t find a lot on the internet insofar as accuracy of the test but I think it’s one of those medical screening tests that used to be offered in the shopping malls or mailed brochures we sometimes receive.
So, anyone have one of these alarming evaluations?

Haven't had a Kur test, but doctors really try to push me into getting a defibrillating pacemaker installed because of my left bundle branch block and low ejection fraction. Technically that means I have congestive heart failure but I don't have any of the symptoms associated with that; fluid build up, out of breath, etc.
They have guidelines they have to follow; if you check certain boxes on the risk scale then they recommend drugs, pacemakers, etc.

As far as I'm concerned they should be studying me to find out why I don't have any of the symptoms they say I should have, not pushing drugs and devices into my body.

Not to say I won't relent at some point if I start going downhill, but not yet.

I don't know- I think the B's are only an expert in milking insurance- Medicare or wherever they can extract funds. I hope you don't have anything that big going on. I try to work them like they work us. Sometimes I beat them, but they get me the most. Don't screw around and have the big one now that I gave you my 2 cents.

I’m lucky. Anytime I have issues I turn it over to my wife. Doctors tremble in her presence. She doesn’t care if the doctors busy, she wants some damn answers.
I’d suggest calling your doctor and asking him to earn the money you paid him.
Sounds like our wives are related. Mine reminds me of Tom Petty's song "Won't Back Down" when it comes to a lot of things, but especially doctors. She definitely won't back down and she certainly stands her ground until she gets the answer(s) she/we need.

I had the Kurdish Diagnosis Test about two years ago. I wouldn’t trust them. Mine showed bad and they sent me to instantly have a Angiogram.

They came out to talk to wife who worked for the Heart Doc years ago. She has been a RN for over 40 years. They told her they wanted to do the angiogram a second time. Had her worried, but second test was needed as the results were astonishing.

When I woke up there were several Docs in the room.

Angiogram showed my heart, lungs, veins, capillaries, heart pressures were that of a 20 year old athlete. I am 65, a little to heavy, working on getting that more in line!

Also showed Zero Plaque build up anywhere. Zero Cholesterol fatty build ups anywhere.

So I suggest a second and a third opinion!

The internet is really very limited on any explanation of the KUR test but if it is anything like the advertisements we receive int the mail, it is indeed a money maker for the fearful.
I do have a cardiiologist and I am going to contact him and see what he says during an appointment.. I did find out that if the leads are misplaced by the technician on the patient it will not produce a factual test-the results will be wrong. I did have a knee replacement and there is a danger of blood clots if one does not do certain exercises and maybe that is what happened. Who knows?
