My Doc scheduled me for a heart test and when I went in for a follow-up, he was brief and didn’t fully explain the test. After I came home I looked at the report and it says I have a high incidence of a heart failure and stroke in the next few years. Further, the test says I’ve had a heart attack. (silent MI)
I can’t find a lot on the internet insofar as accuracy of the test but I think it’s one of those medical screening tests that used to be offered in the shopping malls or mailed brochures we sometimes receive.
So, anyone have one of these alarming evaluations?

Haven't had a Kur test, but doctors really try to push me into getting a defibrillating pacemaker installed because of my left bundle branch block and low ejection fraction. Technically that means I have congestive heart failure but I don't have any of the symptoms associated with that; fluid build up, out of breath, etc.
They have guidelines they have to follow; if you check certain boxes on the risk scale then they recommend drugs, pacemakers, etc.

As far as I'm concerned they should be studying me to find out why I don't have any of the symptoms they say I should have, not pushing drugs and devices into my body.

Not to say I won't relent at some point if I start going downhill, but not yet.

I don't know- I think the B's are only an expert in milking insurance- Medicare or wherever they can extract funds. I hope you don't have anything that big going on. I try to work them like they work us. Sometimes I beat them, but they get me the most. Don't screw around and have the big one now that I gave you my 2 cents.
