Been looking at the cz redhead and the drake, yildiz hps and the dynasty.

The redhead is probably my top choice but a little more then I’d like to spend unless I can come across a used one.
Hoping to stay around $750-800

I know there is several in that price range, but I think those would be my best choice for the price I’d like to be at.
Mainly for duck and dove and occasionally clays.
What the best bang for my buck on budget O/U?

I picked up the CZ Upland All terrain Ultralight factory cerakoted for just over $800 brand new and took it last week to SD for a pheasant hunt and absolutely abused it on some public land it performed flawlessly.

Buy once, cry once. I'd look for an older Citori. You'll have to wait until until next year when prices come down. Shotguns prices always go up when it's bird season. You should be able to get a fixed choke Citori 12 gauge in very good condition for less than 1k on gunbroker when demand is low. Examples below

I own a cz bobwhite g2 SxS and it’s a solid budget double gun. Yildiz stuff can be ok, I own a little Yildiz.410 SxS. But I’d go cz for gambling on a Turkish shotgun

Or save money up longer and just get the citori. Night and day difference from the Turkish options

My personal tastes:

1. Used miroku o/u, exact same gun as Citori just a different name and less expensive (<$1000)
2. Used Browning Citori
3. Used Franchi instinct
4. Yildiz
5. cz

The cz’s I’ve shot were fine, I just wouldn’t pay retail for one. Ive No experience with yildiz but they look good for what you pay. I’d hate to have to find parts for either maker though.
