I know some people are touchy-feely and it's just their nature, but I knew a salesman that clapped a stranger on the shoulder as a greeting and the guy had something already seriously wrong with his shoulder at it did not go over well at all. Needless to say he didn't make a sale.
Yes. I've also known some back slappers. They slap your back and you gotta slap there's a little harder. Soon you're locked in a back slapping match and you have to see it through.

Yep, I have guy friends all the time come up behind me at the pool hall or tavern and grab me. It only happens once. I tell em, do not ever put your hands on me by surprise.

That cop needs at a minimum time off without pay, and remedial training. I am not disillusioned that the cop has his quotas and needs to get back out on the beat to make the department some money. The cop was impatient from the beginning, and while the old man was in the personal space there is no way he felt threatened. Shame on that police officer.

As much as an officer may or may not be in the wrong, if people would just obey their instructions, much of this police brutality would go away. Deal with it in court or whatever means you can afterwards. If a cop wrongfully violates your rights or betrays his oath, he should get the piss sued out of him.

Problem with that is the victim must have the funds to go through it. All the while the officer has the Union to take care of those costs.
In essence you must TRUST the officer. That trust IS EARNED not delegated in my view.

The officer can lie his butt off to you and use the results against you. You the citizen must be truthful or pay the price, THAT IS SKEWED and needs to be corrected!

I agree with that but don't see how it applies here. Dealing with a language barrier and also it appears no arrest instructions were given. Just straight to the face slam. Did you watch the attorney that reviewed video that was posted?
