Just read on Yahoo that he turned down a four year deal that would have paid him 53-54 million. I guess it is all about the money and not trying to win a championship.

Saying no to 55 mil didn't give us much to work with. It's going to be tough to loose a clutch player an a face for our team but hopefully gaining a few more awesome rooks will seed the future.

He should have took the 50 million. He had a great regular series but he became the invisible man during the Miami series. Harden was lucky to get the 50 million offer. He missed a bunch of shots and played terrible perimeter defense against Miami. The thunder need Ibaka more than they need harden. The thunder need some real defenders. I never could understand why they didn't go to zone after Miami scored about ten consecutive threes in that last game. Okc needs to learn perimeter defense more than they need a harden who simply did not show up during the finals.

Sucks. I am starting to realize how brutal the nba is. He did have many games where is just disappeared, especially in the finals, but we wouldn't have gotten where we were without his help. Its like missing a family member just about! I dread the day Durant leaves.
