Message: <blockquote data-quote="p238shooter" data-source="post: 1761498" data-attributes="member: 24583"><p>If this was filled with good intentions, it would seem Mr. Russell and the committee do not know how the legislative system works and the time constraints they are on.  They need to do some research of past legislation issues.  If they did they would not have sabotaged this bill but let it pass and then presented another bill to modify it afterwords.  May be he should look at a book called "Negotiations 101" since he seems to not pay attention to how our Legislature works.  It took me less than a week to go from basically no knowledge of the legislative system to being able to easily read between the lines of what has happened here.  These people do not have their constituents at heart, so they lie about what they support.</p></blockquote><p></p>
