Tick - tock - tick - tock... The fix is in. Time will run out. The full house won't vote on the bill until the 9th or 10th. Maybe it will get to the Senate in time for the Senate commitee to hear it on the 12th, maybe. If not then it won't be heard until the 19th. If it gets thru committee it will need to go to the full senate for a vote. That won't happen until the 23rd or 24th, maybe. If it passes but isn't the same bill as was sent by the house it's got to go to confernce - at that point IMNHO - it's dead. Time runs out. If it is the same and passes it has to go to Fallin. She's got 10 days to sign it. I'm not convinced she will. She's a politician and promises mean nothing to them. So we might get OC this year assuming everything happens within certain time constraints but all it takes is one missed deadline to bring this thing down to the wire. Two missed deadlines and we're gonna a hear a lotta we tried guys but just ran out of time. Better luck next year.
