Killed a BUB last night. Big ugly boar.
Hit a couple places tonight. At 1 place, it was my turn to sit on the high spot and direct the guys to the lone boar out in the stubble. They dropped the 193# boar where it stood.
One guy had to quit early tonight, but the other guy had pigs triggering his cellular game cam and we went to shoot em up. His thermal scope has been freezing up after it is on for a little bit, so he was going to leave it off until we walked almost all the way in. The pigs spooked before we were ready. I still had my gun on my shoulder and he hadn't turned his thermal on. I quickly lined up on one and squeezed the trigger, poof THUMP! Dropped #1. Pigs scattered different directions! #2 was dropped by my friend and #3 was covering some ground. I put some lead on him and poof..THUMP! Cartwheel! Ranged at 334 yards!
