Any suggestions for a book or site with headstamp identification? I have 3 cases, fairly certain they’re military, I can’t quite decode. I have ‘Cartridges of the World’ but there’s little to no headstamp id.

The first 2 have the NATO symbol reading LC (Lake City I believe?) 09 and LC 21 (has the dots which if I’m not mistaken adds up to 23 ?).
The 3rd has PS or P8 (through a magnifying glass it looks more like P8, but in this pic it looks a little like PS, and a 75.
They are all 3 at least 30 caliber so I’m thinking 7.62. The PS(or P8) is longer and wider than the other 2.

Numbers usually correspond to the date the brass was made.
That is another thing that can help you narrow it down.
Were all those PS stamps available in 1975 ??
Research the manufacturer and see if they were around then and what were they making if they were.

Gotcha, I’m mainly trying to find the origin and caliber so I’ll keep looking. Funny thing is the 2 LC show to be 223/5.56 everywhere I’ve looked. I haven’t mic’d them all yet, but just by looking they are minimum 7.62/30 cal. My “Cartridges of the World” is good, but no pics of headstamps. I can however used the table you posted, get the 4 countries and go through the descriptions. Hopefully it says the markings on the headstamps.
Thanks for the help!
