My 2 cents... if you have will have a nation-wide business... it [MIGHT] possibly pay off in the long run. If it were me, I would probably look for some company who already has the equipment & does good work.. then work some kind of a price deal out for them to do any orders you get so you can make a profit too. Kind of like some major companies make 'store brands' for the smaller companies to put their own brand labels on the product. Same product.. just a little cheaper because it doesn't have the name brand on it. As Nutra-sweet vs Aspartame.. you pay more for the name brand.
