It would be nice for someone to ask any one of these Senators point blank just exactly how limiting high capacity magazines will help crime. I doubt any one of them owns a gun let alone fired one. For example, "Senator, how long do you think it takes to swap out an empty magazine for a full one?" It's like telling my kid that he's spending his allowance too fast, so instead of paying him with a ten dollar bill, I'll give him two fives instead.

It's posturing. Just like it always is. They had to know it wouldn't get by unnoticed. It wouldn't even surprise me if one of them told a "pro 2nd ammendment" senator so he or she could posture too. I think American politics has become something akin to a snake oil show. What the heck, bread and circuses right?

Good grief. Hope they never see Jerry Miculek shoot 12 rounds out of his revolver in less than 6 seconds. If they do they'll want to out law everything except for single shots.

I just shot a High Plains Shotgun match with Jerry Miculek, who was on a different squad. You think he's fast with a revolver? His shotgun skills are incredible as well.
