She sued over the character named Hedley Lamarr in Blazing Saddles. The studio wanted to fight it, and could easily have won, but Mel Brooks stepped in and told them to "give her whatever she wants."

Thank you Sooner!! With all the crazy, negative crap going on in our country, that makes me so depressed, these are the stories that keeps the spark alive that our nation will overcome. Reminds me how blessed I am to live in a country with such heros!
