I'd never heard of the stuff, but just read a few articles and they say it's more addictive than heroin, which is difficult to wrap my head around. And then the withdrawal symptoms can last over a month for those that try to get off it! Good lord, that is some terrifying stuff.

And yes, the damage to flesh that it causes is unsightly, it looks like scenes from the Walking Dead.
