How to be a Check Station.

Does anyone know the process to become a hunter check station? Got a friend with a store that wants to be one. He knows that they are doing the online thing, but he's in the sticks and is convinced that nobody around him will do it that way. He says they want to show off. Any ideas on what it takes?

you can check them online this year. And your buddy will probably find he his too late on getting to be a check station for this season.
