Absolute bull ****! No way one should be required to obtain a license to exercise a constitutionally protected right. Anyone who signs this bill as a sponsor should be brought up on charges of sedition, violating a citizen's civil rights, and be examined by a mental health professional as well.

VERY restrictive and dependent on too many requirements and approvals. I see the section on “accessibility” to the information required to other agencies or entities as a violation of the 4th amendment and my privacy.
