We have 2 spots opening up for our Hunting Club starting Jan 1, 2014.
Club has only 6 members total on 430+ acres. This is a recreational lease. Not a farm, no cattle. There is only about 60 acres of open area, the rest is wooded. Property backs up the Arkansas river and we do have river access. We've seen just about every type of animal to hunt except bear. Although we've seen ducks and other fowl, I wouldn't say there is good enough areas to hunt. You would have to be very creative to get them to land. We have 2 ponds with constant water but they are more of a watering hole for the deer and hogs.
Cost per year is $1017. We have the lease locked up for the next 4 years. Lease is west of Cleveland, about an hour from Tulsa.
