Walking back and forth from the TV room to the kitchen is alot of exercise, so just make a few more laps a day to get more of that delicious bacon and you should be fit in no time. Picking up the remote, throwing shoes at the dog, pulling the lever on your recliner up and down- all crossfit exercises requiring more soda. Good luck with it.

Or you could do like me, and drink a pot of coffee most days. No sugar, no creamer, just pure, black, strong coffee.

You'll be comfortably skipping meals in no time.
