I signed up a while back, but I never got around to posting. Hello all!
I guess I should add that I shoot a Bersa 380, a Mateba carbine, and a Remington 870
sooner fan, 870 lover, the rest you'll figure over time reading my posts!
Got a few short and long guns, not near enough for all the kinfolks but more than I can shoot at one time. I do have a lot of knives and that is my passion at this time.

Greetings I saw that there was a group where I could drag my smokepole to and not feel like a total outsider.I never got into target shooting except prior to sighting in for hunting,but a stent,stroke,and artificial knee later I dont want to hunt so much as just shoot for fun and see what my gun and me are capable of.My newest toy is a Lyman great plains .50 in percussion and should be capable of fairly good scores with patched round balls.I looked at the pictures and was impressed but would be intimidated by shooting against something like that heavy barreled target gun. Anyway hope to see some of you good folks soon. P.S. If there are any real oldtimers here my grandad was John Blankenship who was state rifle champion for years during the 30's-50's.

I work, I sleep, I shoot, wander to do other things, then shoot some more. It keeps me off the streets at night.
The thing I hate most about Lawton is that it's an hour away from any shooting range.
