I should have put some emoji or typed a wink in there as for excess bullet build-up in can....the others have nailed it on backpressue overcoming recoil spring too soon and premature breach opening where you play with heavier springs to see what spring works best with what ammo, and/or dial back power of load by going lower pressure/slower.
