TALO Distributors, Inc. and its member distributors are proud to announce the introduction of the Glock G49 MOS to the United States commercial market. The G49 MOS is the next in a lineup of crossover models, similar to the popular Glock G45.

The G49 MOS is essentially a G19 size grip frame with a G17 size slide, taking advantage of the proven carry frame size with a longer barrel and sight radius. This pistol is chambered in 9mm Luger, holds 15+1 rounds in standard magazine capacity, has a 4.49” barrel, Gen 5 characteristics, and the MOS system for mounting optics.

Item numbers PA495S203MOS (UPC 764503058424, 15 round) and PA495S201MOS (UPC 764503058400, 10 round) are now available in the market and ready to order from a TALO member distributor. Production and availability is limited with product continually arriving to our member distributors over the next several weeks.

This is the 47 slide (17 length, using a 19 size recoil spring) and 19 frame. But I wish they did it TRUE with a 19 grip, full rail, and 17 slide.

People have been asking for this for a couple decades at least, I bet it’s another couple for that.

Many moons ago when I carried a G19 I hoped for a model like this but later discovered that I prefer the longer grip of the G17 or G45.

Many thought this would happen before the G45 with the long grip and short slide was offered.
