I didn’t pay much attention to the name, but it was mentioned this morning on the News. The bill for National Carry was briefly mentioned, but the other included bill wasn’t.

After looking at this, for a bit, I see it as a win, win for the anti-gun side.

If left as is, they get what they want. More access to records and gun control.
If it’s voted down, no National CC and that’s a win for them too.

They need to separated.

I’m still leery about the 4477 attachment. The guys in the video are totally against it and the NRA says it isn’t as bad as it sounds. I feel like something is being slipped in that we are not going to like.

If 38 does go through, there are still problems that will need addressing.

What about the states with Constitutional Carry? Will they have to get a National Carry permit or just show proof of residence of their states laws.

What about states like New York and New Jersey. VERY restrictive gun laws. I see a conflict like the marijuana use in Colorado. Feds say no, but Colorado says yes. NY/NJ could say no to guns, but 38 says yes. How is that going to be sorted out?

My take is that HR4477 is another Hughes Amendment just for Trump. Pelosi and Schumer got this rolling, and hide and watch, they'll vote against it on the full floor vote because reciprocity is the last thing they want. It's a poison pill that will give them something if it does go through.

It'll be sorted out in the courts when those who get pissed enough and have enough scratch to fight it take it there. All their rich dim lawyer friends will get richer. For those of us who can't we just get to be lorded over.
