Well, sadly there are no major "results." to speak of. :rolleyes2 I still weigh about the same. The edema is still going on. The gout still rears his ugly head from time to time and my rheumatoid arthritis is worse than ever. I can blame it on the Zepbound, but that's not the truth. Even though I stopped taking it in March, because the supply and demand drove the prices up and my insurance wouldn't pay for it anymore. I could've paid for it out of me own pocket. But $65 per shot was a little out of my budget. When I ran out towards the end of March, I weighed in at 442. Last Monday when I climbed on the scales, I was at 471. :faint: That wss the most I weighed this year. The long and the short of it is, I gave up. I figured I would just stop eating bad stuff, which I kinda did, but my biggest problem is immobility. I sit on my dead ass way too much. I did stay out of the hospital all year, so there's that. Maybe I can whip this thing...I dunno. :grumble: I appreciate everyone's concerns, cheers and advice. Thank you. Here's hoping I can make something happen in 2025! :thumb:
