I have a tub and frame from a 1976 Jeep CJ5. These are the same from 1976-1983.
The frame is in very good shape, with the only damage being a tear in the front crossmember where someone looks to have attached a chain to pull from. There are a set of what look to be small block Chevrolet motor mounts welded to the frame. Frame is not rusty, all spring mounts are intact.
The Tub is solid, but a little rough. There some rust in the driver side, forward of the door, and some rust in the floors. Tub does has some bondo, and dents and dings from being a 50 year old Jeep. Firewall, cowl, and rear cargo area are solid. Tub does not have a tailgate, but does include factory roll bar. Vin tag still intact.
$600 or best offer. Located in Marlow, OK.
Would consider trades....looking for a set of 31x10.50, 32x11.50, or 33x12.50r15 tires, or 285/75-16 tires, 5x5.5 wheels, tools....who knows?
