I'm looking to hire an employee to handle front-end development (and possibly design if they have the skills) work on a part-time basis.

Essential Duties
The Theming Specialist will create or modify Drupal themes to accurately reflect approved interface mock-ups, prototypes, or designs. These themes will be compatible with all current major browsers with up to one major version of backwards compatibility (for example, if the current version of Internet Exporer is 9, then version 8 support will also be required while version 7 will generally be optional). In many cases,these themes will need to be cross-device compatible as well (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.). The individual is expected to work closely with other developers to ensure that proper output is generated to serve as a base for styling. The individual will also ensure that any code that they write is properly documented.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience implementing user interfaces for the web
- Expert CSS skills, specifically with an understanding of current trends and methodologies (especially SASS)
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Familiarity with jQuery
- Familiarity with Photoshop
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git
- Preferably experience with Drupal theming
- Preferably familiar with PHP, but enough knowledge to not get completely lost is okay
- Preferably experience with Agile development methodologies
- Absolute willingness to continually learn new technologies and techniques to advance skills
