They left it wide open for #4. If they do, I expect all of the characters in #3 will have to unite and fight against the established organization. At the end of that fight, they’ll form a new organization and everyone will live happily every after. BUT, for #5, the old organization will not stand for that and I expect the old organization to retaliate and here we go again.
