Good news!

The second front will be cutting all the funding to implement Obamacare. This should be at or near the top of the to-do list for all the new conservative representatives predicted from the November elections.

I believe we ought to have some type of health care program, but I am afraid this will impose a tremendous burden on small businesses.

Well there's that AND that medicare mandate to the states which is one of the two issues that are the basis of the case. The Feds are making the states pay more for medicare at a time that they are going bankrupt. That's a wise move right there. And no way it's constitutional, but what does that matter anymore.

:soapbox:

A Florida judge denied the governments motion to dismiss the case.

That denial is basically a second of the denial in the Virginia case.

Some people I've talked to seem to be worried about the Michigan case, but that judge was out of line and his ruling will likely be reversed on appeal.

Now if we can get Virginia or Florida to agree with Michigan that the individual mandate presents an issue of first impression and therefore no current precedent applies, or if we can get a circuit split, we can nearly guarantee that the Supreme Court will hear it.
