As it stands now it only applies to the US District Court of Idaho. If the judge's ruling is appealed and upheld or not taken up by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (Big if there) then it would then be applied to all areas under the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit. If it is then appealed and upheld or not taken up by the SCOTUS it would apply to the entire country.

Thanks, this is definitely worth watching, at least by me. By reading this document it referenced 700 areas under the COE jurisdiction, so I was hopeful.

Seemed a little off from the statement on the COE website "The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the largest provider of water-based outdoor recreation in the nation. Its 422 lake and river projects in 43 states provide a diverse range of recreational opportunities."

It does seem to be a good start.

At least that is my understanding from the Business Law course I took at OU. I am sure someone will be along to confirm or shred my understanding.

COE locations are open for hunting, although some are open with restrictions that might include bow, or Muzzle loader only. Its a site specific deal.

The Kaw COE, and WMA restrict the areas around the dam to bow only, and around the camping areas if I remember right.

Similar to the response 'RTFM' on a car forum when a question is asked that's answer could and should easily have found had the poster read the manual.

Your info while helpful to hunters is not germane to the content in the links the OP posted.

If appealed and upheld, then yes, the entire 9th. If not appealed, then just this district, though other districts might find it persuasive, if not binding.
