No caliber restrictions? Would a PS90 or AR57 be allowed? 200 rounds would be just 4 mags.

No caliber restrictions. 5.7 would compete in PCC. Divisions are only split up by power factor of the ammunition.

What was the issue at the first stage?

Too many rounds stuffed into the mag. It would seat but not feed.
