Ket-Tec KSG Shotgun to be on the proposed ban list

Wow, so apparently they have taken to calling out specific guns...

Kel-Tec has sent a letter to dealers informing them that because they have learnt that the Kel-Tec KSG will be specifically named as a banned gun in Feinstein’s proposed bill they have to raise prices to try and recoup R&D costs in the event that the gun is banned.

They called out specific guns last time. There was a list. There still is a list in California. Maybe a couple other places as well.

yes i tried to find one and could not....it is just a pump shotgun that "looks scary"...idiots proposing the new laws don't know anything about guns. They just want to ban guns that look scary...maybe someone will make a wooden-stock AR LOL!

I saw a wood stock AR at Marks Firearms booth at the last gunshow that I attended. Looked pretty sweet

The KSG has hardly been what I would consider available at all. Maybe if Kel-Tec wanted to recoup its costs in R&D, then they might want to try actually producing some. I would buy one at the MSRP (the old one) but not at $1800 at the gun show.

Their own inability to produce the gun to meet sales demand is their problem, not any impending legislation.

The KSG is an Assault Rifle...that is why it is going to be banned.
