Ericasedc on YouTube. Seems to know knives as well as any of us. She posted this morning that she may be going through some things. Would be a good time to take a look at her channel. Notice she is very good at reviews. May be an opportunity for a knife maker to work with her for marketing.
I've been subscribed to her channel for quite some time. She definitely knows her stuff. She's doing leatherwork now. Makes good stuff, but a little high IMHO. But yeah, if you haven't already, go check her out.
