I see this.

Did yours have a boat tail?
I thought they were the CX bullet too, but they have a flat base. They do shoot really well.

Got back in the loading room for the first time in several weeks. Loaded up 40 224 Valkyrie rounds for my dad's new AR. Ended up using BLC-2 under some 75 gr Hornady HPBT's. Should be in the upper 2800 fps area. Next up tonight or tomorrow will be some 6.5 CM for my wife's new gun. Here's the 224 Valk's, kinda funny looking lil things...

Not that it matters as I bet they shoot well. Just curious.
I found these on Midsouth and am going to order a few to try. I bet it’s the same bullet I bought from Midway in 2022, and whoever the manufacturer is got a better offer from Midsouth this time.
I could just buy the dang 110 gr Vmax, but for whatever reason, I like bullets with a cannelure. :anyone:
