Not that it matters as I bet they shoot well. Just curious.
I thought they were the CX bullet too, but they have a flat base. They do shoot really well.You say they weigh 110 gr.

Got back in the loading room for the first time in several weeks. Loaded up 40 224 Valkyrie rounds for my dad's new AR. Ended up using BLC-2 under some 75 gr Hornady HPBT's. Should be in the upper 2800 fps area. Next up tonight or tomorrow will be some 6.5 CM for my wife's new gun. Here's the 224 Valk's, kinda funny looking lil things...
I found these on Midsouth and am going to order a few to try. I bet it’s the same bullet I bought from Midway in 2022, and whoever the manufacturer is got a better offer from Midsouth this time.
I could just buy the dang 110 gr Vmax, but for whatever reason, I like bullets with a cannelure.
Finally got fed up with everything sliding off my Franklin arsenal reloading table every time I got the progressive one arm bandit rolling, so I did a thing.
Good thing we have a comfy couch...
Loaded up a few more 6.5CM for my wife's new gun this morning, 140 gr A Max over a good dose of Staball 6.5, Starline brass. This load already looks to shoot good, and averaged 2740 fps.
Next up is some 308 for one of her newest rifle's as well. Haven't loaded for it yet, and I use Varget in my 308, but want to try something different. Found a H380 load in one of my books and will probably use it and see how it shoots. I have a big jug of that powder I got cheap a few years back, and have only loaded 22-250 with it so far. Hoping either the H380 or some BLC 2 will do good as I prefer ball powders to extruded...

I hear ya, but I HATE measuring out VargetOnly Varget for 308!!!
It’s a pretty forgiving powder. I’ve just been “dipping” it for years and get sub MOA accuracy. Of course, I don’t load anything balls to the wall either.I hear ya, but I HATE measuring out Varget
45gr BlC 2 and 150-155 gr projectile in .308 works very well.
Varget is Ok but I love my IMR4064
