For my Smith and Wesson M&P 340 I just use a simple Blackhawk #3

Desantis Nemesis for me too. I also carry a spare mag in an Elite Systems pocket mag pouch. It has the same type of sticky/rubbery exterior that grips the inside of the pocket lining.

Safariland makes a goodun too, model 25. It's more "sturdy" than the Nemesis with it's semi rigid (and super fast drawing, I might add) body and it's exterior is covered in a suede type leather to grip the inside pocket lining.
