I'm still waiting to add BUIS, EOtech optic, and rail system.

It's tough waiting for the funds since I'm in college and on a budget.

Check out Primary Arms' optics - you probably could have gotten a decent optic for about the same price as that NcStar - no worries though, my first red-dot was a HUGE NcStar and it was a HUGE PIECE OF CRAP and so was the mount - wouldn't hold zero, and the batter compartment fell apart.

Yeah the tightening nut and bolt opposite of the quick detach fell off the first time shooting it last weekend even after endless tightening and also wouldn't hold a zero when it was tightened. It was a really stupid impulse buy on my part.


I'll be sure to check out Primary Arms, thanks for the suggestion.

You don't need all that crap hanging off your rifle. Buy some ammo and cone shoot the action rifle matches it 3 gun with us. It's a blast.

I don't tell people how to use their equipment. Just saying it's usually used the other way around. But like I said if it works for your purpose, do it!

Yeah I was trying to figure out how to get a magpul mbus rear sight under scope. Then forgot to change back. May leave it like that it seems to work pretty well.
