What did you say to have replaced on mine? Something in the engine? Valve seats maybe?

Disable the MDS so it doesn't wear your lifters and in turn your camshaft excessively. It's a known flaw on the 5.7 hemi. Also, don't idle it for a long time if the MDS hasn't been deactivated.

Found a set of 20s, I like much better.
New truck prices are beyond insane.
