I can at least help with the link. http://www.looperlawenforcement.com/ I know H&H sells them (That's where I got my 3 slot holster for my Glock 30), I don't personally know of any other local places that sell them, but that doesn't mean they aren't sold at other places locally.

Last I heard, H&H is the only local retailer of Looper's holsters.
