"Each misdemeanor charge carries a maximum penalty of a year in jail and/or a $10,000 fine."

Multiple infractions, penalties should double with each additional charge and run in consecutive order.

1st charge = 1 year + $10k fine
2nd charge add on 2 years and $20k
3rd charge add on 4 years and $40k
4th adds 8 years and $80k

Give the miscreants something to consider and make it HURT.

Momma: but he's such a good boy.

I just watched a video from Steve Lehto about the guy who just set the record for the largest fine in Ohio state history for illegally taking two whitetail deer. I missed the sentence, but the fines and fees added up to almost $44,000. Plus he had to forfeit the 18-point buck.

This is the way of a Thuggernaut. I would like to know if he has previous records. He's probably not allowed to buy/own a firearm and was taking it out on the deer for some reason. Noting the time of year, the deer probably ate the fruition of his only work effort (a ripened cannabis garden - recreational and medicinal is illegal in Wyoming). Too ignorant to read/comprehend rules, he targeted what hurt him. It surely wasn't just for them eating his Mom's begonia's There usually has to be a motive, and this is just speculation or Snoopin'.

I could make it without legs, but no arms, that would take the cake. I do not know anyone that well to keep my hind end clean.
When I was a kid, a teenage boy down the street managed to break both of his collarbones in a skateboarding accident. Can you imagine anything more embarrassing for a teenage boy than to need his mom to wipe his butt after using the bathroom?
