The .gov spends more time on the rights of fellow travelers and foreigners, unless it is a reduction of our rights.

Unfortunatly as soon as they step on our soil. If the prisoners in gitmo had been brought to NYC for trial like Holder wanted, they would have instantly had the same rights as citizens.

Well, except for internment camps, or the British Army in 1812 maybe. All joking aside, I am unsure where that legal interpretation lies. It may be similar to the Anchor Baby issue.
